Hello, Richard from Austin TX. Looking forward this summit!
Enjoyed a taste of my this upcoming summit. Thank you!
love what Rick said about ‘generating’ emotions or loving at will!
as G I Gurdjieff put it: ‘outwardly, play a role, inwardly, do not identify’.
i’ve noticed if effort is made to be happy/at peace and a smile is ‘put-on’ [generating beneficial states of mind], the body ‘goes along’ sometimes . . .
joining all of you from windy sacramento, california
Texas in da haus with a big Tex H-O-W-D=Y; looking forward to participating with interesting new ideas from various revelations each and everyone is going thru in their own ways, the tragedies and the loveliness……may we all share our story from within….our innermost Be-ing…..

Hello,,

Hello ,
I’m looking for my mind to be more positive . I have dealt with different levels of anxiety and stress most my life and its only recently that I’m realizing the negative impact it has had on my life and how it has shaped my life .
I’m single and 56 and I really want love/ happiness and to share my life and not be lonely
Currently living in Texas. Exploring mindfulness and relationships. Excited for the opportunity and nervous about the time commitment- will I remain true to honoring what I want versus what I feel like I should be doing for others, including work.
Greetings from DownUnder and on the Coast of NSW! I TOTALLY APPRECIATE YOUR GENEROUS OFFERING TO SHARE MINDFULNESS. My first experience of the many gifts of mindfulness dropped through cyber space some 4 years ago, at the exact time I needed support as I sorted through a challenging phase of life. Typically of my woolly mind in time I lessened the practice but never lost the connection and I often smile when I experience an ‘inner prompt’ to be aware of my actions and thinking. It most often happens when I begin to eat which sets a thread to follow through the day. On May 8 I turned 69 (OMGoddess!) and am set for a miracle or three to gently float into my life. Remembering to be mindful is a perfect miracle to begin with! walk gentle Christine
Happy Birthday, Christine! Psssst …… surprise. It can get better and better. <3
Thank you for providing us with this rich group of knowledgeable teachers to help us grow wiser, more peaceful, and more loving.
I’ll be mindfully joining from Tokyo.
Hi. I’m Cath from the Chicago area. I’m interested in learning about applying mindfulness practice with my husband and children and my parents.
Thank you for providing this opportunity!
I am new to the world of mindfulness. I am someone who tends to be distracted. I often have to really diligent to control my environment to maintain focus in my daily activity, however, I would love to be able to be more aware and attentive to not just work, but also my relationships to loved ones, communities I belong to, and also the planet we all inhabit.
If anyone has any suggestions about where to start in terms of resources for learning and growing in mindfulness, I would welcome thoughts. I live in a small town where there is not a organized mindfulness community.
That said, I do want to be sensitive and respectful to the space of this comment board and not co-op the space.
Blessings to everyone on your respective journeys.
Try ‘Open Heart Project’. I very recently joined this online community, myself. Love it! Hope that helps.
I’m Cathy and I’m from New Haven, Connecticut. I am looking forward to the wisdom of our great teachers as I hope to increase my capacity to love.
with so much gratitude to be here with all of you, teachers/students – and that my life has taken this turn toward the dharma – and may we all continue to develop the wisdom to be in relationship as best we can with each other – and we have such a lovely world – and although great chaos and violence brought it/us about – only humans can tap into the wisdom to save the world/us all for as long as possible – being ever so mindful of anicca
looking forward to the summit, with as little craving as possible :o) – thanks for the carrots – Rick/Susan
Wonderfull people i just heard speaking now in The two previeux. Great, I am looking forward , thank you
I’m Marilyn from Sterling, Illinois. I’ve viewed both excerpts and can’t wait to hear these teachings in their entirety. Dr. Hanson included “parents with dementia” in his list of those we may be loving and loving my mother who has dementia is my spiritual practice these days. She’s easy and good-humored, but she’s my MOM and there’s some baggage there that gets in the way of my giving the attention to her (that Susan described) that she deserves and that she needs. I was moved already by these brief clips. Thank you!!
I’m Krystal from the Outer Banks, NC.. I have been practicing mindfulness for the past year and I can’t wait to learn more!
I’m yearning to deeply connect in a mindful way to the people in my life.
Looking forward to guidance in this.
I’ll be joining in from Vancouver Island, Canada
Looking forward to exploring how I can deepen my practice.
Hello, I am Mary from Nova Scotia, Canada. I am looking forward to hearing some of my favorite presenters and hearing those new to me.
From what i heard both speakers are in tune with mindfulness practices. In the context of love in relationships the seminar should excite n educate.
Namaste!
Need to slow down a bit this Spring/Summer. And this series of talks is a sign for me to participate.
Ever curious to Broaden and deepen my experience with you, in the Great here and now.
Madison, Wisconsin
Rick Hanson has been instrumental in my personal growth and development…I’m especially fond of Buddha’s Brain and his Foundations of Wellbeing program. Because of the trust and respect I have for Rick, I KNOW this summit will be invaluable.
I look forward to everything, everyone, and all that comes with this submit.
Peace, love, and light…
