Hi! I’m Brian and I live in the Midwest (United States). I’ve been a practicing Buddhist for about 8 years, and have emphasized Insight Meditation through Gil Fronsdal (at IMC). I’ve found my studies to be helpful and I feel that I have truly discovered who I am, but through the course of my study, and the changes that evolved, my relationship fell apart — my spouse and I realized our differences. I’m recently separated and I’m hoping to learn more about relationships, both romantic and otherwise.
My most precious relationship – me!
Amen to that! The one person you will always be with is yourself.
Hello everyone! It’s so awesome to be with you during this summit. I am a interested in all of your great perspectives about mindfulness and relationships and I am looking forward to be listening to all the extraordinary things you are going to share. Welcome.
I’m Sam from South.NJ. Having just gotten divorced after a 25 year marriage, i want to learn how to do this much more mindfully
Looking forward to greater understanding of LOVE, boundaries, marriage, and healthy relationships.
Looking forward in starting
We are always in transition…new job, new community … new relationships…life is always in motion…learning to be present for every moment…
Hello everyone,
I’m Joanne and I live in Scotland. I’m looking forward to the summit and feel very connected to the other participants across the globe, reading your intros above. I’ve been meditating and trying to be mindful for several years. I get into it, really feel the benefits and then stop. I’m hoping my husband of twenty years will be joining me in participating in the summit. I feel this would be good for our relationship to deepen and grow. We will be watching the following evening due to time difference here in UK.
Setting my intention to be fully present when I’m participating, to listen, to learn and to grow.
Namaste.
Joanne ❤️??❤️?
I’m interested in this after realizing I’ve been in shutdown mode with little to no interest in having any relationships all. My son left this life 9 years ago but it started before that. I’ve come to realize this isn’t healthy and I’m very lonely. Something I tend to deny.
I’m in the western United States, Or the fast left west as I like too say.
Just last Sunday, I went for dinner in Auckland, New Zealand, invited by a NZ Nepali family, that I met in Kathmandu in 1958, on my very km ate O.E. as I approached my 50th Birthday.
At the dinner, apart from my host’s family was Tai Kwon do, international referee and me. The dinner of Dahl, baht, takiri with goat meat was traditional Nepali except we ate with knife and fork instead of with our right hand fingers. The meal was expertly cooked and presented and it took me back to meals I had in Kathmandu. They drove me home later some 15 km each way. The next morning, I had a warm glow of love still with me, from a very convivial night, with only a small glass of wine, but with kind love all round.
Greetings from Iran. After years living outside my country, now I understand the message of great Persian poets like Rumi and Khayam. I learned how we have forgotten about heart as the place of consciousness. How opening our hearts and connecting to the other can help our spirit grow. I wish to learn to stay grounded when facing challenges in relation with my parents, friends and coworkers. So I would get ready for the relationship that I know I can have. Thank you for this great opportunity.
have not being in relationship for a while now, too scared of falling in love. maybe too afraid of not being hurt again. i need to bounce back; if you have what it takes then, am in for real and better. write me.
Nus form Abuja, Nigeria.

Hello, all. Mike from Eugene, Oregon. I’m looking forward to this.
I am really looking forward to hearing dharma, to entrench more into mindfulness in my life and in everyday interactions with my environment, friends and all other beings and family. Mostly I am excited to be with Sangha of like minds. That transforms my sense of being an alone-spiritual warrior and makes me feel at home, at ease and so happy to be in community of like minds.
How do you love someone who demonstrates by word and deed, that they are not interested in being loved by you? Shouldn’t love be reciprocal?
Rosi from Guadalajara, Méxco. Very Thankful for this opportunity to deepen my practice of Mindfulness.
Hi to everyone! I’m Agueda from south’s Brazil, I’m waiting for listen to teachers and colleagues about meditation, mindfulness and how it can improve our lives, our health, our relationships. Thank you deeply from my most sincere center heart – this summit is helping me through the most meaningfully transformative time in my life thus far. A time where mindfulness, loving-friendliness and simply the basic right to be are supplying a flower at the end of a gun rather than ammunition for harm. These talks, participation, community and more speak to the very real interconnectedness of us all. Thank you for an awakening that I now choose to embrace and remain in tune with through tick and thin. For myself just the video preview for tonight has provided for insightful contemplation and direct healing. Love
Have experienced these teachers before in other contexts. They are uniformly excellent. Excited to be with them again.
I’m Binka from Brazil. Looking forward to the Summit!
Looking forward to this event. Going through a difficult time. Getting divorced after 20years and although I am willing To do the work my husband wants to persue another relationship.
I guess what I hope to get out of this event is the tools to have a fulfilling, living, accepting relationship – with the capacity to hear another without making it about me
Hi All, I’m on the verge of moving back in with my husband of 26 years. We’v been separated for about 18 months as we’ve worked on becoming healthy for ourselves, our children and our relationship. This summit comes at a perfect time for us as we work on a new healthy relationship.Thank you for making this available for us all.
Hi Daphne, thank you 🙂 you have just articulated what I’ve been attempting to communicate to our friends/family who have been somewhat confused that my husband and I are ‘separated’ and yet still spend a lot of time together. “Becoming healthy for ourselves, our children and our relationship” Yes! That’s what it has been for us also, wanting to both work on ourselves first before a ‘new’ relationship…not a ‘restored or mended’ relationship… but a new one can be possible for the future. Go well with your new future together
Thanks for your honesty- feels like great support for all of us to be real- present to all of the
Blessings and gifts of relationships. Spring blessings..
I am excited to learn more tools to support healthy relationships in my life!
Well said !! That was just what I was going to say !
Looking forward to soaking up the wisdom and becoming a more Mindful human 🙂
Much love from England

Hi I am Tonya from Sarasota, FL, and it is so incredible/wonderful to see comments from all over this planet. I am a Jain by choice, past life Brahmaloka memories, not so many Earth incarnations. I just checked the meaning of the mindfulness movement on Google, being present and awakening to the moment, watching our thoughts flow, maybe no shenpa :), I am brand new to this mindful movement. Yet it is all really ancient, I see this. And mindful relationship, well I am curious. Perhaps we see our interactions flow in a direction of our choosing. I am honored to be present for this Summit.
