So true that meditation is not about reaching for that higher bar. It took me awhile to realise this. It is about identifying accepting and being present with what is. Thank you, Janet for delivering the meaning of mindfulness with such clarity and ease.
Thank you. I was reminded again to befriend myself.
Wonderful and thank you so much !
and by chance that special -lace that you’ve been dreaming of, leads you to a lonely place, find your strength in love…..”
“and if that special place that you’ve been dreaming of, takes you to a lonely place…find your strength in love!
Thank you – wonderfully clear and direct.
Thank you so much. Despite coming to the meditation late in my life, already being 60, I feel like I’m at the beginning of a nourishing journey & your talk & guided meditation has helped me to recognise where that journey needs to start. Much appreciated.
This talk and guided meditation has been like a drink of fresh water on a hot day. So good. Thank you
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for this gift. So many summits stress me out with overwhelming new information, but you gave me peace and a new perspective. Again, thank you!
Ahhh! Treat my myself with friendliness! I had completely forgotten. Thank you for the reminder. It changed my day!
Thanks so much Janet, what a lovely way to meet oneself and nurture a beautiful friendship. I am a peaceful mind in a peaceful body.., ???
so good.
Thank you <3
Thank you so much.
I love most the simplicity in it.
This was a perfect way to complete the first day. We received so much, and now it was time to return to nurture that primary relationship, To be with the One I am, to accept my self as I am in this moment. Thank you.
How very beautiful, I so enjoy meditating, and once again to listen to mindfulness teachings. Thank you.
Thank you.
I really loved the idea of turning an empathetic attention toward myself as I would with a close friend. This sense of inner friendliness helping me to connect more strongly to the outside world.
Thank you so much. I always welcome fresh perspectives on mindfulness. I found yours to be particularly helpful as I sit with an aging body – learning to love that – hmm:)
Thank you! This was a great way to stsrt my day.
Thank you

This was excellent. Thank you so much for letting me be part of this world wide experience. Namaste
So beautiful. Thank you for your thoughts and your guidance. “We can afford to make love to ourselves.” I like that.
To awaken to where you are and to start from wherever that is. Guided meditation was meaningful
